Gunzilla Games, the creators of the cyberpunk battle royale Off The Grid (OTG), along with Delphi Ventures launches GUNZ Foundation, a nonprofit entity tasked with managing the $GUN token and the forthcoming GUNZ blockchain mainnet.

The GUNZ Foundation aims to bridge the gap between traditional gaming and blockchain, ensuring that web3 elements enhance gameplay without creating barriers for players unfamiliar with cryptocurrency.

Backed by Delphi Ventures’ expertise in blockchain ecosystems, the initiative promises to offer a seamless integration of tokenomics into the dynamic world of Off The Grid.

The GUNZ Foundation has been established to ensure the seamless integration of blockchain technology into Off The Grid. Tasked with managing the governance and implementation of the $GUN token, the foundation aims to maintain a player-first approach, focusing on accessibility and fairness.

One of its key responsibilities is balancing blockchain elements with traditional gameplay to avoid alienating players unfamiliar with cryptocurrency. To achieve this, the foundation has outlined measures to simplify onboarding, such as automatically creating digital wallets for players when they log into the game.
